Much of the credit certainly belongs to head chef Toshiro Isomura, who worked hard to achieve his very best as a young chef, before moving to settle in New Zealand. A family man – who loves golf and surfing, not to mention his favourite, Sweet Teppanyaki Matsuzaka Beef – he has honed his skills for over 20 years.
